We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our office operations and ensure the smooth running of daily administrative tasks.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent phone etiquette - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors - Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Support office management by maintaining supplies and equipment - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
Experience:
