Nightmotorsport has an opening for a Office Clerk/bookkeeping assistant.

With a positive customer experience and plenty of positive online reviews, we are experiencing growth within our company, which is why we are looking to onboard an additional team member and dedicated Office Clerk/bookkeeping assistant who is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves.
An individual who takes pride in their work.
This position requires knowledge in all office responsibilities to include 2
years of experience with QuickBooks, as well as in Word, Excel, and similar programs.
Integrity and organization are key attributes as this position is responsible for handling and maintaining confidential information.
Strong inter-personal communication skills and a drive for accuracy are also key.
Prior experience with a Automotive company would be desirable but not required.

Responsibilities:
Assisting in all areas of Office administration and bookkeeping, ability to assist and take charge where needed.
Accounts Payable; receiving and verifying invoices for accuracy and entering into QuickBooks.
Accounts Receivables; verifying against invoices for accuracy or discrepancies, and following up with customers as needed.
applying payments in QuickBooks.
Collections on accounts.
Assist with payroll processing; verifying time cards, ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.

Use and good understanding of QuickBooks and other office applications.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Office Clerk/Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Well rounded with a solid understanding of all Office duties Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
