This is a temporary position with the possibility to convert with the client depending on workload and work ethic.
For this role, you would be required to work onsite daily, Mon - Fri on day shift.
The pay rate is $22-$24 per hr plus cell phone reimbursement of $75.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team - Scan documents and correspondence accurately; Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Office housekeeping tasks - Cleaning of administrative building - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Utilize MS Office to complete office tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail for proofreading documents This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will gain valuable administrative experience.
